  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require additional verification before dispatch.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped through reputed third-party courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, strikes, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • COD orders may include additional handling charges.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned clearly on the website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Delays & Failed Deliveries

  • NR and Son is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

8. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is delivered.

  • NR and Son is not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery.
